Privacy policy

In short: This website does not set cookies, does not load analytics or advertising scripts and does not load any third-party content. We only process what is technically necessary to run it.

2. Hosting

The website runs on our own server at Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany, in a data centre in the European Union. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Contabo.

3. Server logs

Each time the website is accessed, the web server automatically stores the following data in log files:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • page or file requested and amount of data transferred
  • HTTP status code
  • referrer, i.e. the previously visited page, if your browser sends it
  • browser and operating system (user agent)

We process this data to operate the website securely and reliably and to detect and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the website. The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days, except for data we need for longer to investigate a specific security incident.

4. No cookies, no local storage

This website stores nothing on your device. The language is selected via the page address (for example /en/ or /sv/).

5. Contact by e-mail or phone

If you write to us or call us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Fonts, content and links

We serve all fonts and graphics from our own server. No content is loaded from Google, social networks or other third parties. Links to the websites of our businesses, to LinkedIn and to other services are simple references. Only when you click such a link does the privacy policy of the respective website apply.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to

  • access your stored data (Art. 15)
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • erasure (Art. 17) and restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • data portability (Art. 20)
  • object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your residence. The authority responsible for us is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, Sweden.

8. No automated decision-making

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

9. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
