O15R stands for Olaf Windhaeuser: the first and the last letter, with 15 characters in between. Under this brand, Olaf Windhäuser offers his services within OW IT-Consulting AB.
The focus is on putting artificial intelligence to practical use. With Agentic Coding, software and websites are built in a fraction of the usual time, and in AI workshops teams learn to use generative AI safely in their daily work. On top of that comes many years of experience in senior IT roles, which feeds into consulting and project management.

FutureSonar shows what companies and regions are actually capable of today: their CMO, the Current Mode of Operation. Intelligent scraping reads publicly available information, turns products into transferable capabilities and detects location patterns and fields of competence across many companies.
FutureSonar then matches these capabilities against future models such as megatrends or the EU Taxonomy. Recurring aches often have their cause somewhere other than where you feel them. At Body Mind Balans, Magdalene Windhäuser looks at the body as a whole: posture, movement patterns and how load is distributed.
Based on this, she develops a personal training plan following the OptimumMetoden®, which has been used in Sweden since 2001. Targeted exercises activate the deep postural muscles. The goal: more stability, easier movement and fewer complaints in everyday life.

You have learned the vocabulary and understood the grammar, yet your mind goes blank when a neighbour asks you something in Swedish? That is exactly what the Sprechstunde is for.
Meggy moved to Sweden from Germany herself and knows the gap between textbook and everyday life. Her moderated online sessions put speaking first: no red pen, no grades, changing topics and plenty of room for your own wishes. Sessions are booked conveniently with ten-session passes in the online shop.
- 60 minutes of pure speaking practice via Zoom

OW IT-Consulting AB is a Swedish limited company (Aktiebolag) based in Emmaboda in Småland. It was founded and is run by Olaf Windhäuser together with his wife Magdalene Windhäuser.
Olaf brings more than two decades of IT experience, many of them in leadership roles. Today he focuses on AI, Agentic Coding and the FutureSonar platform. Magdalene is responsible for Body Mind Balans and Sprechstunde.se.
Different as the topics are, our standard is the same: honest work, personal support and results you can rely on. We work in German, Swedish and English.
